Hi! Thanks for stopping by. I am a midpack ultra runner girl who enjoys spending time out on the mountains and trails with myself, my family and friends. I was born and brought up in India, and moved to the United States in the mid 90s. I love trail adventures, travelling, challenges, enjoying a great cup of coffee in the morning, and mostly just keeping it simple. I generally don’t take things too seriously, and believe that happiness is a choice. I consider myself to be brave enough to jump into things and see where they take me. Works out sometimes, and most of the times it’s a learning exercise and I move on. I genuinely love my uncomplicated life with my husband and our dogs. I’ve been working in the software consulting / IT area for over 20 years, so I am no stranger to long hours and complicated projects.
By sharing my running and trail adventure journeys, I hope that I can inspire someone to get out and explore this beautiful world fearlessly, and find something to fuel your soul!
Currently training for Georgia Death Race that was kind of a last minute sign up as I was looking for a challenge ?!? 🙂 Here’s my “race” calendar so far. I run races as a means to be challenged, travel, check out new mountains and trails, night running, get a long run in, and being happy … 😂
Bel monte 50K in Virginia, March 2021
- Georgia Death Race 74 miler in Georgia, March 2021
- Hyner 50K in Pennsylvania, April 2021
- Pine to Palm 100 in Oregon, September 2021

Wow! Georgia Death Race certainly feels like a challenge! Good luck. I did Hyner 2 years ago, but just the 25k. Loved that race!
